Jens joined GOSS in 2009 to head up Digital Engagement where he delivers digital marketing strategies, to ensure website optimisation is deployed to client requirements. He specialises in web analytics, social media integration and usability testing.

Prior to GOSS, Jens worked for Xerox in Marketing and Communications after graduating from Birmingham University in Business and Marketing. In his spare time, Jens tries to relive his past life of a snowboard instructor by taking every opportunity to get back to the white stuff.
