As Chief Operating Officer of customer experience management firm Tahzoo, JG Staal oversees day-to-day operations while directing and managing the firm’s expansion in North America and Europe. He is responsible for the delivery of projects and services to Tahzoo's global clients. Together with his leadership team, JG delivers upon Tahzoo's promise to take care of clients as well as Tahzoo's employees. JG is driven to make tomorrow better than today's, through his focus on operational excellence and his passion for client satisfaction and quality.
More than 20 years ago JG started his career in Europe, and since has mastered his operational skills through setting up, managing and growing international teams, global programs as well as outsourcing initiatives in and across different continents. Prior to cofounding Tahzoo, JG fulfilled executive roles at startups, agencies, software vendors, service providers, and consulting firms, including Ernst & Young, EDS and LogicaCMG.
