Jignasha Amin Grooms

Jignasha Amin Grooms is senior vice president for Human Resources at Austin-based Epicor Software. With more than sixteen years of experience in the IT industry, both in business/sales operations and human resources, she leads Epicor's HR globally. Before joining Epicor in 2016 she worked for more than eight years at Cisco, where she most recently provided overall HR leadership for all of Americas Sales ($28 billion), the global marketing function/CMO and the global sales and operations function/COA, as well as the staffing discipline in support of all Cisco businesses and functions in Asia Pacific and Japan. Jignasha also provided overall HR leadership for a joint venture in 2010 between EMC/VMware/Cisco and completed an international assignment based out of Asia. 

Before Cisco, Jignasha was with Freescale Semiconductors (now NXP) where she was the director of global I&D and director of global staffing. She started her corporate career with Dell Inc., where her focal areas were global diversity and business/sales operation. Jignasha has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish Literature from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
