What Good Is Big Data Without Big Attribution?
Joe Foran is senior director, measurement and business intelligence, at Columbia, Md.-based Merkle, a global data-driven, technology-enabled performance marketing agency. Foran works with clients to drive better decisions through analytics and insights. Before joining Merkle in 2015, he was principal and team lead, analytics, at IRI, a provider of big data and predictive analytics. He has a BS from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, an MBA from Bryant University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State University.
