John Hibel

John Hibel leads marketing at Contact Solutions (a Verint company), where he has helped launch the first digital engagement platform designed to create an experience that fits the lifestyle of busy, multi-tasking consumers. Digital technologies and their impact on human behavior have fascinated Hibel since the late 1990s when he read Nicholas Negroponte’s book, "Being Digital." After earning his engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology he was wooed to the Dark Side to practice business, first on GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, then in a series of product, sales and marketing roles at Ericsson, Lucent Technologies and several venture-backed firms with names that began with the letter “V.”
