John Leonard serves as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise at Asurion, a tech care and lifecycle experience company powering growth for customer-first businesses. John's career includes over 25 years of leadership at the intersection of technology and customer experience.
Since joining Asurion in 2010, John has led teams that design and deliver innovative solutions that make it easier for partners to serve customers and create new revenue opportunities. He is responsible for scaling Asurion's robust stack of AI-amplified lifecycle care capabilities to serve even more partners beyond core tech verticals.
Prior to joining Asurion, John spent more than a decade with telecom giant Alcatel-Lucent, where he held several leadership positions, including head of global sales and operations of the Genesys contact center enterprise division, where he advanced solutions that transformed how businesses connected with their customers.
John holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
