Joshua Kubicki is the Senior Director for Legal & Corporate Practices at Applied Discovery, a division of LexisNexis. He is in charge of creating a dialogue with local and international commercial and private organizations to promote sound technology, information governance, and compliance practices.
Joshua is a legal process expert and engineer, a lawyer licensed in the District of Columbia, and a regular speaker and writer. With more than eleven years of experience within the legal services arena, Joshua is an expert in legal project management, legal services unbundling and supply chain management, and the overall integration of business and technology with legal practice and process. In short, he focuses on transforming legal services to better perform within today’s business climate by capturing costs and improving productivity.
Prior to joining Applied Discovery, Joshua held a variety of senior leadership positions with various businesses and operated his own strategic consulting shop serving the international legal market. He regularly engaged Global 100 corporations and global law firms in preparing for and responding to various high-stakes legal events, such as Department of Justice and congressional investigations and complex multi-billion-dollar litigation.
