JR Sloan

J.R. Sloan joined Syntellect (now part of Enghouse Interactive) in June, 2000. He has more than twenty years of experience in software, technology and contact center. Since joining the company, J.R. has been responsible for systems engineering, product management and marketing, strategic direction, defining product and solution content, specifying product and solution requirements, and related areas. Prior to joining Syntellect, J.R. held various roles as a system engineer and director roles at Xantel (a software company whose product provided rules-based precision call distribution) and Tech-Metrics International (a software company specializing in supplier assessment and supply-chain management). He has spoken at numerous conferences.
