She leads an Innovation and Research Group with a dual mission of uncovering new patterns and trends in online community behavior and testing new techniques and technologies for engaging people in online communities and social networks. Her group's work has been widely published and it has transformed Communispace's ability to help companies hardwire the voice of the customer into their businesses.
