Keith Farley, senior vice president, Individual Voluntary Benefits, is responsible for the P&L for Aflac’s largest domestic business unit. Keith joined Aflac in 2008 as a marketing manager, holding roles in sponsorships, recruitment, enrollment, B2B and retention marketing.
In 2014, he was selected to join Aflac’s digital transformation team, representing the sales & marketing division. In 2015, Keith was promoted to director of innovation. In January 2019, Keith was promoted to vice president of innovation and customer experience, where he was charged with helping transform Aflac’s business to prepare for a digital future. By facilitating innovative platforms, streamlined processes, and of-the-moment technology, Keith led a pioneering team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Later that year, Keith became vice president, managing director of Aflac Northern Ireland, where he was responsible for establishing Aflac’s European Centre of Excellence. He and his family relocated to Belfast and created a technology startup that is now a 170-person organization of software developers and cyber security professionals. In 2021, Keith was recognized as Business Personality of the Year from Digital DNA, and received the Belfast Ambassador Medal.
In 2023, Keith was promoted to senior vice president and returned to the US where he leads a team of more than 2000 people driving growth and customer experience.
Prior to joining Aflac, Keith spent seven years at Stanley Black & Decker in various sales and marketing roles for the DEWALT brand. Keith is a graduate of Auburn University and Queen’s University Belfast.
