Kevin Carlson

As Senior Director, Client Management Practice for Optaros he is responsible for overall client relationship management practices at Optaros as well as the ongoing development of project leadership. He is also directly involved in managing some of Optaros’ largest clients and works to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. He also serves as Information Security Officer for Optaros helping to guide internal security-related policies and procedures and works with clients on security and privacy related issues. Clients at Optaros include 20th Century Fox, McKesson, Dow Jones and large European telcos, to name a few.

He has a passion for eCommerce and blogs often on many topics relevant to eCommerce strategy and implementation including privacy and security. Kevin is also a published songwriter whose music can be heard on several popular television shows. As voting member of NARAS, he is active in the music and media industry and votes yearly on the Grammy awards.
