Kevin Gavin

Kevin Gavin is CMO of Five9, a provider of cloud software for the enterprise contact center market. He has a track record of success building powerful brands and enabling rapid revenue growth for leading enterprise communications companies in high growth categories. Gavin's executive experience includes six years as CMO at ShoreTel, where he was responsible for establishing the ShoreTel brand as a recognized leader in providing business communications solutions to enterprises. He also helped drive the transition at ShoreTel to focus on a cloud-based communication as a service business model. Before ShoreTel, Gavin was CMO at GoBeam Communications, a VoIP-based hosted PBX service provider, CMO at InternetConnect, Senior VP of marketing at Softnet Systems, VP of marketing and product development at Nextel Communications and regional VP of marketing at McCaw Cellular. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
