As Vice President of Marketing at Clarabridge, Melissa is responsible for overall corporate and product marketing strategy, planning and execution. While at Clarabridge, Melissa and her teams have launched new products including Clarabridge Collaborate Engage, branding, messaging and events elevating Clarabridge to the leading provider of Customer Experience Management. Prior to her current role, Melissa served as Director of Product Management at Clarabridge, where she oversaw all aspects of product design, launch and roadmap. Melissa joined Clarabridge in 2008 as a Technical Account Manager and Services Director playing a key role in designing and managing a wide range of deployments across numerous customers and partners. Her experiences provide a unique perspective and key understanding of customer and partner needs, broader market trends, a deep understanding of the Clarabridge product, and fantastic working relationships across the company and with many customers and partners.

Prior to joining Clarabridge, Melissa spent 10 years at American Management Systems (AMS), later CACI in project and product management implementing and overseeing the design, development and testing of enterprise wide procurement and reporting software reaching users all over the world. During this time, Melissa led the pursuit and achievement of CMMI-Level 3 certification. Melissa received a BS in Finance from Clarkson University, a MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Project Manager Professionals (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
