Michael Podolsky is an entrepreneur and an expert in customer service and leadership.

 

He is CEO and co-founder of PissedConsumer.com, a review and reputation management platform, and WiserBrand.com IT consulting and BPO agency. 

 

After graduating with a degree in Computer Science from Queens College, Michael completed a degree in finance at the NYU Stern School of Business. He has spent over twenty years on Wall Street, starting his career in customer service, and growing to the role of the director of investor services technology for one of the largest hedge administrators on Wall Street. Michael has always looked into the direction of entrepreneurship, so he chose to become an independent entrepreneur and provide extra services to the community.

 

Michael has been actively involved in customer support, technology development, leadership, and general business management. His experience in customer service and devotion to First Amendment principles inspired him to advocate for consumers’ right to free speech. Together with his partner, they started PissedConsumer.com, a business that provides a platform to help consumers voice their issues and companies improve brand reputation and customer service processes. 

 

Michael also heads IT consulting at WiserBrand.com, bringing deep expertise in technology development, digital marketing, and AI-driven solutions. He helps companies use consumer data to improve internal processes, enhance service quality, and boost customer satisfaction.

 

In 2022, Michael joined the Forbes Business Council as an influencer and a leader of the Customer Service and Satisfaction group, where he shares experience and best business practices with like-minded leaders. In 2023, he was recognized as an Inc. 5000 influencer, with two of his companies ranking on the Inc. 5000 list.
