Michelle Wicmandy, DBA, MBA is an international bestselling author and seasoned marketing leader with over two decades of experience spanning global corporations, academia, and entrepreneurial ventures. She currently serves as the Global Marketing Campaigns Manager at KBC (A Yokogawa Company), where she leads integrated campaigns and strategic messaging initiatives that support product and solution visibility across international markets.

At KBC, she manages a portfolio of strategic messaging across six product lines, aligning launches with customer needs and securing features in prominent industry publications with a collective reach exceeding 10 million.

Michelle has developed a reputation for helping companies across various industries simplify their narratives, amplify their thought leadership, and translate technical content into meaningful messaging that resonates with stakeholders and drives business value.

Her professional background includes roles as a fractional CMO, marketing consultant, and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Texas A&M University–Texarkana. She has delivered over 100 academic lectures on topics such as marketing strategy, branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior, and has mentored dozens of small business professionals via the Small Business Development Center, part of the SBA.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, where her dissertation examined B2B marketing effectiveness in social media contexts. Michelle’s work has been published in Forbes, Website Magazine, The Journal of Creativity and Business Innovation, Oxford University Press, and more. She is a recurring speaker at DigiMarCon and the International Academy of Business and Public Administration Disciplines.

She is also the author of a forthcoming book on sustainability communication in business, to be published by De Gruyter in 2026.
