Panayiotis Vitakis is SVP of Operations at Persado, where he leads the delivery and operations of Persado’s cognitive content platform for marketers. He was previously at Upstream, a mobile monetization company that eventually spun off Persado. As Upstream's Director of Technology and Operations, he played a key role in the company’s rapid growth to a leading mobile marketing company, overseeing the software development, IT, delivery and operations teams providing solutions to mobile operators in more than 40 countries across four continents. Before Upstream, he held various roles managing large-scale enterprise software and IT projects at Otenet and IconInfosystems, a boutique consulting firm in Chicago with customers in the Fortune 500. He holds a MS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
