Currently, he is a Global Leader at Slalom providing advisory and consulting services in the contact center modernization domain, emphasizing harmony across people and digital experience.
Parag has deep expertise in the complete product realization life cycle with a specialty in business process re-engineering and harnessing the power of technology for achieving business results. Contact center operations (CCaaS), remote asset management (IoT), and digital channels (AI) are some of his main areas of focus when leading large-scale transformation programs to create world-class customer experience while ensuring business value.
