Patrick Martin

Patrick has been in the technology industry for 25+ years, working in various domains such as telecommunications, human capital management and relevance platforms. His journey in support services started back in 1999 as a support analyst, and he has not left support since. He has held multiple leadership roles throughout his career. After 4 years leading the technical support team, today, Patrick is General Manager, Service Solutions at Coveo. During his spare time, he likes to play hockey, tennis, drums and most of all, spend time as a family.
