Raghavendra leads the product strategy, enablement, and thought leadership for Sprinklr's customer service product, Sprinklr Modern Care. He has more than 20 years of experience in business innovation, operations excellence, and business consulting. Previously, Raghavendra spent more than 20 years at Dell Technologies working in the information technology and services industry. He currently lives in Bengaluru, India and graduated from the University of Mysore with a Bachelor of Commerce.
