Randy Mysliviec is Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Acknowledged by industry sources as an expert in Global Resource Management (GRM), Randy is the author and innovator of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the disciplines of resource management and workforce management are central to his latest role leading this important industry institute.
Prior to founding RTM Consulting and the RMI, Randy was SVP, Consulting and Professional Services for Convergys, successfully managing and growing a multi-hundred million dollar business with 1,600 employees in 31 countries across six continents. At that time, Convergys was a leading provider of customer care, employee care, and information management solutions for the communications, finance, healthcare, government, and retail industries. During his 39-year career Randy has worked in numerous other human capital-intensive businesses including 18 years with IBM where he began his career.
Randy holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
