Those 'Death of Email' Stories? Consider Them Fake News
Ryan Phelan is vice president of marketing Insights at Adestra, a provider of marketing technology. He is the former the chair of the Email Experience Council Advisory Board, the email arm of the Data & Marketing Association (formerly the Direct Marketing Association), and is on the board of the Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC). He's a nationally known speaker at conferences and industry events on subjects relating to digital media. In 2013 he was named one of the top 30 digital strategists in the United States by the Online Marketing Institute.
