She has partnered with many brands to deliver successful digital transformation projects which leveraged Mitel, Avaya, Noetica, Five9, Google CCAI, LivePerson, Calabrio, Talkdesk and many more. Her holistic approach and passion for customer and employee experience focus on continual business and innovation improvements while supporting a culture of empowerment and inclusivity. She ensures people are at the front and center of all interactions while humanizing the interconnection between technology, business and systems.
Shameem has published articles in Contact Centre Monthly and Women in CX. She has also participated in panels featuring Women in Tech, DEI and Customer Digital Experience for CX Today Officium Labs Ultimate AI. Shameem is a founding member of Women in CX, the first online membership community for women in customer experience. In addition, she is a DEI advocate and a champion for Women in Tech. She intentionally supports initiatives that help shift mindsets, behaviors, and practices toward equitable and inclusive leadership for individuals, teams and organizations.
