Steffan Berelowitz is a serial entrepreneur, pioneering web developer, and now train conductor. As CEO and Conductor of Bluetrain.io, Steffan launched a platform that enables companies to build and maintain websites optimized for the latest smartphone and tablet devices. Steffan's prior company was ranked as the 155th fastest growing privately held company in the United States on the Inc. 500 list. Steffan has served as a trustee of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, where he brought the software industry’s concerns to the attention of lawmakers. Steffan is the former chair of CJP’s JewishBoston.com advisory board and is a member of the Boston College Technology Council. Steffan has served on the board of directors for the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston, chaired the advisory board of the Center for Information Technology of Hebrew College, and led Bit Group’s pro bono involvement in City Year. From 1996 to 2000, Steffan served as an Internet consultant to former senator and presidential candidate Senator Bill Bradley, ultimately leading to the development of the Bill Bradley Presidential Campaign Web site. Steffan co-founded his first technology business, ArtNet in 1993.
