Stephen Bailey is a regarded entrepreneur, leadership and workforce expert and futurist who works with corporate leaders within the Fortune 500 and Global 2000 to create memorable life changing learning experiences. 

Stephen founded ExecOnline, a premier provider of certified, online leadership development experiences, to diversify the leadership pipelines of the world’s largest organizations by democratizing access to high-quality leadership training. As CEO, Stephen oversees its partnerships with top universities and the organization’s broader efforts to produce unique, impactful and life-changing experiences for leaders across the world. ExecOnline currently partners with some of the world’s best business schools to deliver online leadership development programs, including Berkeley Haas, Chicago Booth, Columbia, MIT Sloan, Stanford GSB, Wharton and Yale, as well as with several publicly-traded and global brands. 

Prior to ExecOnline, Stephen served as the CEO and chief product officer of Frontier Strategy Group (FSG), a software and information services business that Stephen grew from an early-stage startup to a company that served nearly half the Fortune 500 across a range of international markets and business functions. Before joining FSG, Stephen was an associate in the venture capital and private equity group of WilmerHale. 

Under Stephen’s leadership, ExecOnline was named a Top Tech Company to Watch by Forbes in 2016. 

Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree from Emory University and received his JD from Yale Law School. He is the board chair of the Truman Center for National Policy and a member of the board of Prospect Schools, a charter school network in New York City. Stephen was also recently named to the Board of Directors of Match Group, Inc. (NYSE: MTCH), the leading global provider of online dating products. Stephen is also a Forbes contributor and a sought-after panelist and media source on topics such as inclusion and diversity, the future of the workforce and key trends in leadership development.
