Dr. Subraya Pai is a Lead Consultant with Consulting & Systems Integration (C&SI) unit in Infosys. He has a doctorate in human resources (HR) and successfully led change management activities during IT transitions. He has also presented thought papers in the areas of change management/HRM/HRD and is a recipient of “Best Research Paper” award in the year 2004 from CRG Management Institute, Coimbatore for his paper on Training and Development Evaluation Policies and Practices.
