Sudarshan Dharmapuri is a seasoned product and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Software and SaaS. As Vice President of Products at Cisco, he leads the Webex Customer Experience Solutions portfolio, shaping its vision, strategy, and execution with an AI-first approach.
Sudarshan is passionate about building and scaling high-performance product teams, especially in emerging and fast-evolving technology categories. Before joining Cisco, he spearheaded the development and growth of CPaaS products at imimobile, playing a pivotal role in the company’s successful acquisition by Cisco in 2021. Earlier in his career, he held product management and engineering roles at Oracle and Siebel Systems in California.
He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Memphis. Outside of work, Sudarshan explores topics in economics, politics, development, and nature —bringing a multidisciplinary lens to technology and leadership.
