Vernon Tirey

Vernon Tirey is Founder and Principal at CDPi Advisors, a CX Performance and Martech consulting firm. He manages the RealCDP Certification Program for the CDP Institute where he works with over 60 CDP vendors. A former CEO, CRO, CMO, and entrepreneur, Vernon is a hands-on consultant with over 30 years of experience helping companies adopt go-to-market best practices including customer strategy, x-channel tactics, analytics, automation, and data solutions.

Prior to CDPi Advisors, Vernon was Founder and CEO at LeaseQ, a leading Fintech marketplace. He has led several consulting companies including Customer
Development Solutions, Peppers & Rogers Group, and was Founder and CEO at DiaLogos, a Boston based firm with over 100 consultants specializing in enterprise-wide CRM, E-commerce and Customer Strategy and Analytics Solutions. Clients include both industry leaders such as 3M, Adidas, Allstate, Apple, Acxiom, GE Capital, IBM, Nestle, OfficeMax, Pepsi, Schwab, US Postal Service, Verizon and well-funded startups across many industries including Financial Services, High-Tech, Retail, Government, Telecom,Manufacturing, B2B Services, Healthcare, CPG, Automotive and Marketing Services.

Vernon lives in Winchester, MA. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a BA in History and attended graduate school at the Rheinische Wilhelm’s Universität, Bonn Germany. Vernon has been a member of a long list of professional organizations including ELFA, NAELB, NEFA, DMEF and the DMA. He has participated on numerous boards and has been an active national and international speaker on customer strategy, enterprise CRM solutions, and marketing optimization.
