Wendy Boucher is the CEO and founder of Boundtree Marketers, a globally recognized, woman-owned and operated full-service fractional CMO agency based in Boston, Massachusetts covering topics relating to the challenges and opportunities that CMOs face in volatile and competitive market conditions as well as instructional frameworks for winning strategies. Boucher and her team of marketing leaders specialize in developing B2B and consumer branding/messaging, customer lifecycle strategy, designing Martech stacks, marketing and sales ops and performance reporting and all things digital including (but not limited to) Google Ads, SEM, user testing/web design, and social media. Before Boundtree, Wendy led marketing for nearly a decade at high tech startups including AtScale, Inc., an enterprise semantic layer software provider for AI and BI analytics. Wendy also served as Chief Marketing Officer at Buildium, a SaaS provider of property management software and lead gen to the SMB segment. Previous to Buildium, Wendy was Vice President of Marketing at the digital agency Convertiv, and Symbotic LLC, a global provider of integrated supply network automation solutions for warehouse and distribution centers.
Wendy also spent over 19 years with Fidelity Investments, where she was involved in the delivery of Fidelity.com, and Fidelity NetBenefits, the company’s first intranet for investor centers and developed an ecommerce platform that supported Boston Coach, Veritude, the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center, and Sebastians Catering. Wendy was also a founding member of Strategic Advisers responsible for building the technical stack for portfolio managers and research analysts.
