[Video Blog] Leveraging Office 365 for Project Collaboration - Sync Excel

In this latest installment in my series showing how to use Office 365, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Project Professional 2010 and Windows Phone 7.5 technologies to put together a streamlined, standardized project management system, we will continue exploring methods of centralized information sharing.

Accurate reporting is a critical aspect of successful project management. You can sync Excel with your project site to let team members add pertinent report information to a central location, and then to access the finalized reports. Instead of sending snippets of info back and forth using email, team members can put all info into the same document on the project site. Then the team can build a report from the information dropped into that one central location.
