We continued our coverage of Web Engagement Management (WEM) this week looking at a number of different strategies including rich media webcasting, the role of the website and the advantages of discussion networks.
The biggest take away: customer engagement strategies are continually evolving, so be sure you nail your requirements first, including the role your website will play.
But it wasn't all about WEM this week. Google dropped their quarterly earnings, Nuxeo integrated the Google Search Appliance and IBM unveiled plans to integrate email with your activity streams.
