When Awardco needed to scale its marketing velocity, it turned to Webflow and partner agency Amply to build a flexible, fast and future-ready website.

Awardco is a company transforming employee recognition into a strategic advantage, helping organizations motivate and engage their teams through timely, meaningful rewards. They needed a website that could evolve as quickly as they were scaling. But their legacy setup was code-heavy, dev-dependent and couldn’t support their speed, vision or ambitions. Their content team wanted flexibility. Marketing wanted performance. And leadership wanted ROI.

With Webflow and Amply, Awardco rebuilt their site, comprising over 2,000 pages, scaling globally and doubling conversions while strengthening leadership in their space.

The Bottleneck: A Legacy Website That Couldn’t Keep Up

As Awardco scaled toward enterprise growth, the team knew their website needed to match their evolving brand. As with most businesses, the website played a pivotal role in demand generation, account-based marketing and customer experience.

“Between 30 and 50% of all of our new pipeline comes through the website, and it influences 100% of our revenue,” said Justin Taysom, Senior Director of Demand Generation.

Yet Awardco felt stymied by their current tech stack. Their legacy site was functional but fragile, comprising a “Frankenstein” of mismatched templates, cumbersome plugins, outdated branding and difficult to scale infrastructure. It required developer intervention for even the simplest updates. This forced a reliance on development teams that slowed time to market and stifled creativity. Strategic campaigns got delayed. Testing new ideas became painful. And the opportunity cost kept growing.

“Given our global ambitions, the question was: do we look, feel, and act like the leader we want to be? Our legacy website platform simply could not support our vision,” Taysom said.

Internally, the marketing and brand teams were ready to take on more, but the tech didn’t empower them to act. Likewise, Awardco wanted its developers focused on more strategic product work than making website changes.

They needed a platform where content and design could move at the speed of their business.

The Shift: From Static Site to Scalable System

Awardco knew they didn’t want to take on a full rebuild alone, so began looking for a Webflow Certified Partner that specializes in enterprise-grade sites. They found their fit with Amply, given their local presence, Webflow expertise and proven record of building scaleable, componentized website systems.

Together, Awardco and Amply rebuilt the company’s entire web presence from the ground up, architecting a new site optimized for performance, flexibility and brand consistency.

Webflow Enterprise delivered, with page branching that allowed multiple teammates to build in parallel,a powerful CMS, and granular roles and permissions for strengthened security, giving Awardco’s marketing team the tools to move fast and cut the launch timeline in half.

“As a lean team, we needed to move quickly while elevating our brand from an industry disruptor to an industry leader. Starting from scratch in Webflow gave us the scalability to get there, and partnering with Amply ensured we had the expertise to make it happen,” said Michael Lee, Web Developer at Awardco.

The scope was massive: a rebrand, full site rebuild and the debut of an additional Awardco RCGNZ Summit website, all timed with their Series B announcement. Partnering with Amply, they launched 420 new pages across four locales and over 2,000 CMS-driven pages total.

“Without Webflow’s branching feature, the site would never have been done on time,” said Michael Lee.

“Our goal with AwardCo was simple: remove friction and increase marketing team velocity. With a fully componentized system built by Amply in Webflow, the AwardCo team can now launch pages in hours instead of weeks, test new ideas instantly, and scale without relying on dev resources. That’s the power of pairing Webflow with the right architecture and building best practices. It's been a total game-changer for AwardCo and many of our other clients,” Luke Lewis, Co-founder, Amply

The Payoff: A Website Built for What's Next

Awardco’s relaunch wasn’t just a redesign. It was a strategic replatforming that unlocked speed, autonomy and scale across their entire marketing engine. Within two months of launch, Awardco had restored 99.8% of its keyword visibility, an industry-leading recovery that typically takes nine to seventeen months. Organic traffic rebounded by 110%, and performance gains followed: a 33% increase in page views, a 21% boost in engagement time and more than double the previous conversion rate. Combined, these gains translated into $30–40K in monthly savings by eliminating the need for paid traffic to make up for lost ground.

Learning Opportunities

“Every deal touches the website at some point. It’s the front door to our pipeline and the foundation of how we engage with our audience. Now, because of Webflow, it’s built to scale with us, strengthening our reputation and accelerating revenue.”

— Justin Taysom, Senior Director of Demand Generation, Awardco

Behind the scenes, Webflow’s built-in AI-SEO tools and Amply’s expert partnership laid the groundwork for high-impact execution. With this foundation in place, Awardco’s marketing team gained the ability to experiment freely with Webflow Optimize — running A/B tests on messaging, layouts and calls-to-action without needing developer support. Launch velocity also improved dramatically, with pages that once took weeks to build now going live in just hours.

Reusable components ensured design consistency across every touchpoint, even as more contributors joined the workflow. And with clearly defined roles and a unified platform, cross-functional teams now operate with far greater clarity and speed.

More importantly, Webflow transformed how the team works. “Because Optimize is directly in Webflow, we don’t have to rely on a dev resource to run tests,” said Michael Lee, Awardco Lead Web Developer. “Now our team is empowered to focus on building tailored journeys that help prospects get to the right information faster.”

Instead of asking, “Can we build this?” Awardco’s marketers now ask, “What should we build next?”

With a robust CMS, scalable localization, and built-in personalization tools, Awardco is already pushing into new markets, deeper user journeys and more self-serve content. And with Webflow and Amply as long-term partners, they’ve built a future-ready marketing engine.
