The CX Summit 2026 – Global Digital Transformation & Customer Experience will take place in May 2026 at The Bostonian, A Millennium Hotel in Boston. This two‑day, in‑person event brings together senior practitioners, technology providers and transformation leaders to address challenges in CX and digital strategy.
