These roles underscore UserTesting’s commitment to supporting its customers in these growing and dynamic markets, and helping more organizations improve their customer and digital interactions with experiential insights.

The three appointments include:

Don Matejko, GM of North America

Don joins UserTesting with extensive experience in enhancing customer experiences and optimizing buying journeys for both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, including Adobe, Oracle, and SAP. He is renowned for his ability to drive global go-to-market strategies and his dedication to mentoring and coaching teams. Don’s proven track record of leading and inspiring teams across diverse organizational environments underscores his adaptability and effectiveness in achieving results. He will be based out of Chicago, Illinois.

Gavin Dimmock, GM of EMEA

Gavin brings a distinguished career in sales and leadership within the technology sector, with over 20 years at Oracle and senior executive positions at Marketo, Sitecore, and Terminus. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer and Revenue Officer at Papirfly, where he led global sales, customer success, and marketing teams. Gavin’s extensive experience and strategic vision make him the ideal leader to drive UserTesting’s growth and success in the EMEA region. He will be based out of London, England.

Louis Granger, Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific

Louis will spearhead the company’s operations and business strategies in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining UserTesting, Louis managed CX teams, with a focus on creating customer-centric digital strategies through the adoption of emerging technologies. In this new role, he will be responsible for market expansion through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition. He will be based out of Sydney, Australia.
