Victoria (Vicki) Davitashvili is a leader with 20 years of experience in digital marketing and digital product management across financial services and technology organizations, and is currently leading the digital team at a premier asset management firm. She is also an entrepreneur and founder of Vicki D, a brand she launched to help transform millions of lives through authenticity, self-worthiness, and self-love.
As a leader in digital, Vicki is driving digital experiences for B2B and B2C customers, helping shape, direct and launch the digital product vision; and guiding the connectivity across multi-disciplinary teams to amplify customer-obsessed experiences across all digital channels, platforms, and capabilities.
Vicki’s career comprises roles with increasing responsibility at Prudential, Citigroup, Intuit, and Sapient. At Prudential, she led a team that built capabilities that addressed immediate customer needs, while also building for the future with reimagined digital experiences. White at Citi, she was charged with establishing new and emerging channels to acquire profitable credit card accounts, created strategies to increase loyalty and deepen multi-relationship customers’ engagement, and launched a Merchant Offers program to expand engagement and drive spend for 11 million credit card customers with richer, card-linked offers in mobile and desktop platforms. Prior to Citi, Vicki worked as an Assistant Brand Manager for Intuit, and she launched her professional career as a Marketing Associate for Sapient, a digital business transformation company in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Vicki holds an MBA, Entrepreneurship & Marketing, from Babson College, where she graduated Cum Laude. She did her undergraduate studies at Northeastern University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduating Magna Cum Laude. Away from work, Vicki enjoys reading, running, baking, playing tennis, learning, and traveling the globe.
Most recently, Vicki ran her first half marathon, took up self-defense courses, embraced the challenge of learning how to sing, and writing her first short story. As an entrepreneur, she is growing the Vicki D brand with presence across social media platforms, including her YouTube channel, and a newly launched blog. Due to customer demand for her coaching services, which she can’t accommodate as a full-time executive, she is now developing digital courses to share experiences, tools, and methodologies that helped her along her transformation journey. Most notable, she embraces growth and change from all of her work and life experiences.
