Go grab the 4-in-1 Combo Control from Code Project contributor Venkat Eswaran. It'll get you "out of the box" Tree, Panel, and Menu components all driven off of XML data. This control is very easy to use. It exposes some public properties to set the data, look 'n feel and events, and allows you full control over images, CSS, and other UI properties.
