As SVP of Marketing, Hoeffner will lead the company’s marketing efforts with a focus on driving the company's next phase of growth. She will work collaboratively with sales, service, finance, and data operations teams to ensure a unified go-to-market (GTM) strategy that aligns top-of-funnel demand generation with an effective process for nurturing and qualifying leads. She will be responsible for refining SponsorUnited's customer segmentation and market positioning, expanding the company's brand presence in new markets, and leveraging data analytics for targeted marketing and product development.
A focus for Hoeffner will be expanding the company’s brand presence in new and emerging markets, with strategic efforts to increase the total addressable market (TAM) and capitalize on branding opportunities in high-growth segments. Hoeffner will also enhance the utilization of data analytics to tailor marketing strategies, optimize customer acquisition, and inform product development, ensuring that marketing efforts are both targeted and effective.
Prior to joining SponsorUnited, Hoeffner led marketing efforts at Nexthink, where she played a pivotal role in driving market leadership. Her career includes leadership positions at Eloqua (acquired by Oracle), Acquia (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), VTS, and Automattic. Known for her ability to fill sales pipelines and deliver substantial business results, Hoeffner has been a driving force behind many successful marketing initiatives.
