The CMSWire Advisory Board is comprised of industry leaders and practitioners in the fields of digital experience, customer experience and the digital workplace. We created the first board in September 2015.
The following thought leaders compose our second board, which began in April 2017. The board provides input, advice and feedback to the CMSWire editorial staff on current trends and topics related to digital experience and digital workplace technologies and strategies.
Carrie Basham Young
Carrie is the CEO and principal of Talk Social To Me, a boutique consulting firm with an extensive 10-year background helping organizations build collaboration strategies and launch enterprise social networks.
Carrie was an original founding member of the team at Socialcast, leading sales, marketing and customer community management programs. Linda is a marketer, customer experience strategist, writer and thought leader on modern marketing management. She is the founder of Alchemic LLC, an independent marketing consulting firm based in Chicago. It provides research, strategy and advisory to companies looking to achieve better business results.
Experienced in various marketing agency, corporate marketing and consulting roles, Linda is proud to have supported multiple Fortune 500 clients over the course of her career including Procter & Gamble, The Clorox Company, Kraft Foods, Cisco Systems, Sears Holdings, ConAgra Foods and UPS.
Linda volunteers in her community on a regular basis and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Care for Friends, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food and fellowship for the homeless population in the Greater Chicago area. Marco, senior vice president of performance marketing at GALE Partners, builds marketing analytics capabilities that enable businesses to gain a competitive edge. Marco is passionate about data-driven marketing and understanding customer behaviors.
Marco has a proven track record of building great teams and generating revenue. His execution-focused approach proves the value of analytics through incremental wins and fosters a data-driven culture. He has been recognized by the ANA Genius awards for Excellence in Digital Marketing Analytics.

Manel is director of digital experience at Everis, an NTT Data company. He and his team envision, design and build end-to-end world-class digital experiences for large companies and organizations.
Manel has more than 15 years experience helping companies in all sectors improve their results through digital transformation initiatives, mainly focused on Internet-based projects (ecommerce, digital marketing, web content management, etc.) mobility and on applying the latest technology trends (big data, cloud computing, IoT, omnichannel, etc.). Nancy is Digital Workplace Group's managing director of membership and strategic partnerships. In addition to heading up service delivery and member engagement, Nancy is also responsible for global expansion.
Prior to joining Digital Workplace Group, Nancy was a seasoned executive at JPMorgan Chase in Manhattan. There she built and led a global team in designing and implementing an award-winning intranet. She also led multiple digital enablement and business re-engineering initiatives across the corporate sector.
