Alister Webb

Alister Webb is a founding partner and consultant with Innosis. The Innosis mission is to help organisations gain the maximum benefit from their collaboration investments through effective collaborative behaviours and a more innovative mindset.

Prior to Innosis, Alister spent almost two decades working in Knowledge Management and Collaboration roles within large corporations, experiencing first hand the transition from Content Management Systems through to the early days of SharePoint and now the current era of social collaboration. His focus has always been on the people side of change, devising ways to help end users understand the change and be brought along on the journey.
