Ken Dong serves as customer success manager at Liferay, Inc. where he engages with customers to ensure they receive strong ROI from their investment in Liferay. A 10 year veteran of Liferay, Ken previously held roles as a customer advocate and support engineer. During his time at Liferay Ken has led multiple global initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and renewal. When not spending time with Liferay customers, Ken can be found hiking and camping in the great outdoors. He holds a BA from California State University, Long Beach.
