Michael Mittel is an entrepreneur and 30-year veteran of the technology industry, experienced with the software needs of small to mid-sized businesses. He is currently president of RapidFire Tools, a company he founded in 2011 and led until its acquisition in 2018 by Kaseya. Before that he served as president of PerformanceIT, Inc. a managed service provider (MSP) serving the outsourced IT needs of SMBs in greater Atlanta. Mittel was also president and co-founder of Enhanced Systems, Inc. (ESI) from 1986 to 1996, a software developer of voice processing and other telecommunications related products. He oversaw the growth of this company from a start-up company until its merger with Vodavi Technology, Inc. (VTI).
