As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Watson Customer Engagement, Jacques leads marketing programs that improve customer satisfaction, retention, life-time customer value, and conversion of users and buyers into passionate brand advocates.

Since joining IBM in 1998, Jacques Pavlenyi has held several positions with key areas of the business, launching web-based data services to the chemical industry, marketing WebSphere products to Small and Medium businesses, marketing to mid-sized telecommunications, media and entertainment businesses in North America, and most recently as Market Segment Manager for Unified Communications Software. His passions continue to encompass information technology and marketing, particularly internet- and social media-based marketing to B2B audiences. He has presented or paneled at industry conferences, including the Independent Games Conference Austin 2008, the Video Search Summit 2008, and VoiceCon San Francisco 2008.
