Jim Radzicki is CTO at TELUS International. He previously led global organizations as CIO, CTO, EVP and VP of Technology, he has had the privilege of traveling to over 40 countries, including visiting 47 US states.

Jim has two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science. The combination allows hm to hold technical conversations that also translate into actionable business objectives for internal and external clients.

Jim enjoys working with teams of all sizes, having been a C-Level leader and mentor for organizations of 90,000+ people, but also founding (and eventually selling) a small web and PC applications startup company. He is a lifelong learner who is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and has also earned his FAA Private Pilot, PADI Open Water and Certified Boaters certifications. Jim’s talents extend from technology, to boating, to customer experience.
