Joyce Hostyn is a passionate advocate for the customer experience. She believes that organizations — people-centric organizations — are in a unique position to effect positive change in the world. She is interested in research methods that provide insight into how people work, the context in which they work, and applying those insights to design of experiences. She's a fan of storytelling, a gardener and enjoys applying design thinking to the sticky challenges of research, design and delivery of cross channel product, content and service experiences. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Alberta and a Master's from Carleton University.
