The Customer Experience Research Board

The CMSWire Customer Experience Research Board consists of business leaders who are involved in developing and managing the customer experience programs in their organizations. This encompasses several internal departments that include marketing, IT, design and customer experience professionals.

The purpose of the board is to conduct industry research on the emergence and development of customer experience technologies and best practices, and to connect customer experience professionals to relevant and timely research. Membership in the CX Research Board will renew each year with the annual State of the Digital Customer Experience Survey, an investment of 15-20 minutes time.

As a Member you will receive:

  • Early access to the annual report and all quarterly updates.
  • CMSWire original research reports on topics related to customer experience.
  • CMSWire Customer Experience Research Board badge for use in social media, email signature and websites.

Membership in the Customer Experience Research Board has no cost beyond participation in the annual State of the Digital Customer Experience Survey. Data will only be analyzed in aggregate and individual responses will be confidential.
