Ali Plonchak is managing director of digital strategy and integration at Crossmedia, a New York City-based media agency. An integral part of the agency's growth since 2006, she previously managed a variety of clients in a cross channel capacity. In 2016, she was promoted to oversee all of Crossmedia’s digital efforts.
