Chris Tubb

Chris Tubb is an independent digital workplace and intranet consultant based in Brighton, UK, and co-founder of Spark Trajectory, a specialist consultancy helping large organizations with intranet and digital workplace strategy, governance, content, product selection, and employee journey research.

Chris has worked in the field since 1996, with the last 15 years spent working independently with global organizations across financial services, life sciences, professional services, engineering and international development. His work has included strategy, governance framework design, stakeholder research, platform evaluation, and intranet launch and improvement programs.

A current focus is the emerging discipline of Provenance: how organizations govern their information so that it is authoritative, coherent, and safe for both employees and AI retrieval tools to use – turning what has long been a management problem into an active risk mitigation discipline.
