Darin Morrow is Chief Information Officer at Cricket. In his role, he leads a team of more than 500 who work to continuously improve customers’ experience and prepare the IT structure for future competition.

Darin joined BellSouth Applied Technologies as a lead project engineer in April 1997. Over the past 20 years, he has led IT architecture in other AT&T business units including U-verse and the Unified Platform. He also established the end-to-end architecture for Aio Wireless, which later became Cricket Wireless, allowing the new prepaid subsidiary to launch within an 8-month time period. Darin was engaged in the merger integration efforts of Aio/Cricket and led the technical solutions integration for the DTV merger, focusing on the offer, ordering and billing technical strategy for the combined company for customers day one.

Before joining AT&T, Darin served in the US Air Force from 1983 to 1992 and worked as a Department of Defense contractor. He retired as a Lt. Colonel from the US Air Force Reserves in 2012. He holds a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University.
