Content Company, Hilary’s consultancy in Chicago, provides content strategy services for clients including the Cal State University, Intuit, the American Bar Association, CompTIA, FINRA, the Florida Association of Realtors, and Oswego School District 308.
From 2005 to 2011 she was managing director of REALTOR.org, the member website for the National Association of Realtors. Hilary is a frequent speaker at content strategy conferences, and she developed and teaches content strategy courses for Kent State University’s online masters program in user experience design. In addition, she manages the 19,000-member Content Strategy group on LinkedIn, as well as the Content Strategists meetup in Chicago.
