Jayakrishnan Sasidharan

Jay is the Vice President & Global Head of the Business Collaboration and Customer Experience practice at Wipro Technologies.

In this role Jay manages strategy, operations and the delivery of solutions and services in the emerging technological space of SaaS, Cloud, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Web 2.O and SOA services to global customers. He has been instrumental in launching some of the first IP and SaaS based solutions for Wipro. He also heads the R&D Center of Excellence which focuses on creating IPs and designing solutions to address future technological challenges.

Jay has 23 years of experience in the IT space and has spent the past 15 years in multiple leadership positions at Wipro. During this time Jay has played a critical role in growing the Business Collaboration and Customer Experience practice and in building strategic relationships with partners, influencers and customers.

Jay is a recognized thought leader in the area of emerging technologies. He has spoken at a number of major industry events, including the IDC CIO Summit, Oracle Open World, and the Cloud Slam conference.

Jay holds bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Regional Engineering College, (NIT) Calicut, India.
