With a wealth of people management and productivity experience, Lauren joined Mint as the HR Manager in January 2013, and quickly integrated herself into both the company and the industry. Since joining the company, she served as a manager and strategic leader for Mint’s QA, IT, Call Centre, and Marketing teams. These roles provided her with a wealth of insight into the operations of the company and the nuances of the IT industry, helping her to seamlessly mitigate the unique transformative requirements and demands required for the realisation of innovative resources and practices in the world of technology. Lauren currently serves as the HR Executive for Mint Group, helping the organisation to continuously grow through an ever-evolving digital culture across regions and practices.
